Shipping Policy

At Hyde's Serum, every order is carefully prepared and shipped with the same attention to quality that goes into our products. We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during periods of high demand. 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Hyde's Serum is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • weather
  • carrier delays
  • holidays
  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Hyde's Serum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, contact us at sales@hydes-serum.com, and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@hydes-serum.com.

Please include your order number along with clear photos of the product, shipping box, and shipping label so we can review your claim promptly.
